  • Turnaround Time: Most services are delivered within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified. Emergency or priority services may be subject to different timelines and pricing.

  • Access Requirements: You must provide accurate and complete credentials (e.g., WordPress admin, cPanel, or hosting access) to allow us to perform the requested services. Delays in providing access may impact delivery time.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide necessary and secure access credentials in a timely manner

  • Disclose known website issues before service begins

  • Maintain up-to-date backups unless covered by a WPCommando service plan

  • Notify us promptly of any issues with completed services

5. Service Limitations

Our services do not include:

  • Guarantee of absolute protection against all future cyber threats

  • Responsibility for hosting/server issues unless specifically agreed upon

  • Support for nulled, cracked, or unauthorized third-party plugins/themes

  • Resolution of issues beyond the agreed service scope

We are not liable for plugin/theme conflicts caused by third-party code.

6. Emergency Services

We offer emergency response for malware infections or site downtime for existing clients. Additional charges apply. Emergency requests are typically responded to within 4 hours during business hours.

7. Service Guarantee

We guarantee that all work will be delivered professionally and as described. If an issue is not resolved within the agreed scope, we will rework the service at no additional charge.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if:

  • The website contains illegal or harmful content

  • Repeated violations of this Services Policy occur

  • The client engages in abusive or unprofessional conduct

  • Required access or communication is not provided

9. Confidentiality

All data, credentials, and communications shared with WPCommando are kept strictly confidential and are only used for service delivery. We do not store or reuse access credentials after service completion.
